Challenge:

Humanforce, a workforce management software company, was expanding into the UK market from Australia. The company needed informative toolkits and whitepapers that would be used for lead generation.
Solution:
​
Once the topic of the content was agreed, I did extensive background research to find the latest data, statistics and best practice on the issues. I then wrote two ‘Industry in Focus’ whitepapers; one for the social care sector and one for the sports, leisure and hospitality sector. I also developed an ‘Industry toolkit’ for the social care sector.

I wrote these in an informative and engaging way, presenting the software as something that can help with facing some of the challenges in these industries.
