Voluntary Organisations Disability Group (VODG)
Challenge:
The membership organisation was looking to develop its tone of voice and develop a new narrative around social care and disability for use throughout its communications.
VODG also needed case studies to showcase the impact they’d made during a project to provide free internet tablets to people with learning disabilities.
Solution:
I wrote an engaging guiding principles document to provide a new narrative to reposition social care and disability in a positive way. This boilerplate copy split into key themes could be used across the organisation’s communication activities.
I also interviewed three people with learning disabilities and wrote up their stories to illustrate how the Digital Lifeline project had made a difference to their lives.
